Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 9, 2026  ·  Effective Date: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Express Development Group LLC (“Express Development Group”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications, games, websites, APIs, and online services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Username or display name
  • Email address (if you provide one, e.g., for support or account linking)
  • Profile selections (avatars, cosmetic choices, preferences)
  • Friend lists and social connections you create within the Services
  • Support requests, bug reports, and other messages you send us

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our apps or games, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device information: device type and model, operating system and version, language, screen characteristics
  • Identifiers: platform-assigned player IDs, install IDs, and (with your consent where required) advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID)
  • Approximate location: IP address and coarse region (country-level), used for matchmaking, regional compliance (such as consent requirements), and fraud prevention — we do not collect precise GPS location
  • Gameplay data: game progress, statistics, scores, match results, rankings, leaderboard placements, achievements, virtual-currency balances, items, and reward claims
  • Purchase data: records of in-app purchases and transaction identifiers (we do not receive or store your full payment card details — payments are processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider)
  • Diagnostic data: crash logs, error reports, performance data, and server communication data (connection logs, matchmaking and session information)
  • Advertising data: ad impressions and interactions, used to serve and measure ads

1.3 Information from Third Parties

If you link your account to a third-party identity provider (such as Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or a Unity account), we receive the information needed to authenticate you, such as a platform player identifier and display name. We do not receive your passwords.

1.4 Third-Party Services We Use

We use third-party service providers to operate the Services, including:

  • Unity Gaming Services — authentication, cloud save, analytics, remote configuration, multiplayer/matchmaking, friends and presence, leaderboards, economy, and server hosting
  • Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and mediated advertising networks — in-game advertising and mediation
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution, payments, and platform services
  • Discord (webhooks) — internal delivery of error reports and operational/security alerts to our team

These providers process data under their own privacy policies (see Section 13).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including accounts, cloud saves, and multiplayer
  • Enable gameplay features such as matchmaking, lobbies, friends, presence, leaderboards, rankings, rewards, and virtual economies
  • Process and record in-app purchases and deliver purchased content
  • Serve advertising, including (with consent where required) personalized advertising, and measure ad performance
  • Analyze usage to improve performance, stability, balance, and user experience
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, score manipulation, unauthorized access, and other abuse
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Send service communications and (where permitted) notifications you have enabled
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and EULA

Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (operating the game and your account); legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, analytics, service improvement, non-personalized advertising); consent (personalized advertising and, on iOS, tracking under App Tracking Transparency — which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (where processing is required by law).

3. Advertising and Your Choices

Our games are free to play and supported by advertising.

  • Consent prompts. Where required (including the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are served. If you decline, you will see only non-personalized (contextual) ads.
  • iOS App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, we request tracking permission through Apple’s ATT prompt. If you deny it, your device’s advertising identifier is not used for tracking.
  • Children. If you indicate that you are under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), we treat the installation as child-directed: play is limited to an anonymous account (no verified/federated account, no real-money purchases), and behavioral/personalized advertising is disabled. See Section 10.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we configure our advertising partners accordingly (see Section 8 for U.S. state-specific disclosures).
  • Changing your choices. You can change your ad-consent choices through the in-game privacy/consent options and your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Analytics

We use first-party and third-party analytics (including Unity Analytics) to understand how the Services are used — for example session counts, feature usage, progression, economy flows (currency earned and spent), and crash diagnostics. Analytics data is pseudonymous wherever practicable. You may request to opt out of analytics as described in Section 9.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the Services (hosting, authentication, cloud saves, analytics, crash reporting, matchmaking, customer support)
  • Advertising partners, limited to what is necessary to serve and measure in-game ads consistent with your consent choices
  • Platform providers (Apple, Google) in connection with distribution, purchases, and platform features
  • Law enforcement or authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or the Company
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information

Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may be used and shared for any lawful purpose.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:

  • Account and gameplay data are retained while your account is active
  • If you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records) or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes
  • Crash and diagnostic logs are retained for limited periods appropriate to debugging and security

You may request deletion at any time using the in-game account-deletion feature or by contacting support@expressdevel.com.

8. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures (California and Other States)

This section applies to residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas).

  • Categories collected: identifiers (player IDs, device identifiers, IP address), commercial information (purchase records), internet/electronic activity (gameplay and usage data, diagnostics), approximate geolocation (country/region), and user-provided content (display name, profile). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws, and we do not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those described in this Policy.
  • No sale / no targeted-advertising “sharing” without consent: we do not sell personal information for money. Where the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads could be considered “sharing”/targeted advertising under state law, we obtain your consent first and you may decline or withdraw it at any time (Section 3).
  • Your rights: depending on your state, you may have the right to know/access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, to opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
  • How to exercise: use the in-game privacy and account-deletion options, or email support@expressdevel.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your account. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

9. Your Rights (All Regions)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
  • Opt out of analytics or personalized advertising

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-game options where available or email support@expressdevel.com. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services include an age gate. If a user indicates they are under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction), we apply child-directed treatment:

  • Anonymous play only. Under-13 users play with an anonymous account that is not linked to any real-world identity. We do not offer or create a verified/federated account (e.g., Sign in with Apple or a Unity Player Account) for them, and we do not prompt them to link one. The only data tied to an anonymous account is a pseudonymous player identifier and a self-chosen display name (which the player should not make personally identifying).
  • No knowing collection of personal information. We do not knowingly collect name, email address, or other personal contact information from children under 13.
  • No purchases. Real-money purchases require a verified account, which under-13 users do not have; children therefore cannot make in-app purchases.
  • No behavioral advertising. Personalized/behavioral advertising is disabled for child-directed installs (COPPA).

Because an anonymous account is tied only to the device, a child’s in-game progress and virtual currency are stored locally to that account and are not recoverable if the app is reinstalled, the device is reset, or app data is cleared.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact support@expressdevel.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for client-server communication, server-side validation of gameplay results, access controls, and monitoring/alerting for suspicious activity. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to suspected incidents, including notifying you and regulators where required by law.

12. Push Notifications and Device Permissions

With your permission, we may send push notifications (for example, daily reward reminders or friend activity). You can disable notifications at any time in the in-game settings or your device settings. The Services request only the device permissions needed for the features you use.

13. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our key service providers describe their practices here:

14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our mobile games do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, which are not applicable in-app. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for covered web properties.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means, such as an in-game notice or by updating the dates at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
